haha.. just finished baking the cake.. wahaha.. butter cake.. LOL.. now think back dont know how long never do any baking.. should be after sec 5 ba.. but even if after sec 5 got do any baking i also cant remember le.. now the cake still in the oven.. dont know how it will look like.. anyway.. i didnt manage to exchange the yeast thingy.. but bought another packet of cake flour instead of self raising flour.. insisted by my mom.. LOL.. she wanted the self raising flour but then sheng shiong there's no stock.. so i started at about 3.30 finish quite fast arh.. one hour like that only.. hahas.. 500g of cake flour.. 10 eggs.. little bit of butter(its extra added coz i wont be needing it to put in).. 200g of sugar.. ya that's it.. hmm.. beat the eggs till light and creamy for 8 mins (but i only beat for about 3 min plus).. then add butter halfway(extra de last min put=X).. after that add in the flour.. that's it.. easy right.. hahas.. =) haix.. cant audi for 4 days.. damn sian.. although there's a lan shop now at muar.. but then.. i dont know the pricing AND most importantly.. i dont know whether the lan shop is still alive.. hahas.. =X you know.. things changes a lot after some time.. i think of my second uncle son so ke lian.. the mum's nt coming back with the daughter.. she's working at some place in malaysia but i forgot.. kulai or where ba.. poor min yang.. sick for so long liao.. nobody can take care of him.. my second uncle never bring him up to my grandma house le.. all my relatives all pity min yang.. but then.. my second uncle will never ask for help one.. tsktsktsk.. my first uncle wife still got go up and see min yang la.. dont know.. go back then see how.. okok.. dont say le.. haix.. getting more and more _____..
